Avon On App Optimisation
BRIEF
Help traditional brochure-selling Avon representatives across the UK and South Africa make the shift into selling Avon digitally by using 'Avon On' (the app exclusively for Avon reps).
STRATEGIC APPROACH
Drive digital uptake to the Avon On app, build digital confidence with it and help reps realise the value of social selling.
EXECUTION
We A/B tested paid ads to drive reps to download and utilise the Avon On app. We then ran two main initiatives to help Avon reps with the social selling of Avon:
'AVON ON' APP CONTENT OPTIMISATION
We created a high volume of content that reps could easily post on their own socials directly from the Avon On app to help sell Avon products. The data was analysed in reposts to gauge what content was popular and inform further content streams.
REP TRAINING MATERIALS
We created a volume of educational content suitable for both UK and South African social channels (whatapp and SMS inclusive) explaining the benefits of both social selling and using the Avon On app (and how to do it well).
