Global Social Launch

​​BRIEF

Establish Natura &Co (parent brand of Avon, The Body Shop, Aesop and Natura Cosmetics) as its own entity. Spread Natura &Co's brand values to a wider consumer audience than its current audience on LinkedIn.

 

STRATEGY

Launch Natura &Co on Instagram, develop the brand's presence on Facebook and bolster its business-led content on LinkedIn.

APPROACH

Create unique strands of content for each of Natura &Co's points of passion and adopt a a fitting tone of voice and copy length for the content produced for each platform. 

EXECUTION

Initially we created a social playbook and defined a new content strategy, visual guidelines and tone of voice for the brand. This was with careful consideration of Natura &Co's existing audience and new potential audiences across different social channels.

We then created content in three ways:

  • Predefined key calendar date content

  • Content created on a reactive basis (led by current events)

  • Content that focused on Natura &Co's Commitment To Life pillars:

  1. Address the climate crisis

  2. Protect human rights and be 'human kind'

  3. Action circularity and regeneration
